The Quality Management System provides a framework for continual improvement and provides assurances that IQE will deliver consistently to internationally recognised management standards, such as ISO9000 and ISO14000.
Quality review involves data capture and traceability processes that enable us to effectively link customer data, characterisation processes and results in order to measure levels of service performance and customer satisfaction. IQE staff receive education and training on how to support and follow the Quality Management Systems in order to continually review and improve our processes and levels of service.
