 - Orientation precision: ±0.05° (±0.02° high-accuracy available). Misoriented and high-index substrates available (e.g. (110), (n,1,1)).
 - Surface: Epi-ready finish with in-house optical metrology: Surfscan haze/particle monitoring, spectroscopic ellipsometry, grazing incidence interferometry.
